PLEASE NOTE:  If your business needs to have a receipt from the CFLL** for tax purposes, submit the Sponsor Form then please pay by check (not the Buy Now button)!  Make it out to the CFLL - Bryant J. Luxmore Memorial and send to Leonard Luxmore,  2976 State Hwy 17,  New Windsor, IL  61465.

If you don't need a receipt from the CFLL then, after your have submitted your Sponsor Form, click the Buy Now button to be directed to PayPal.  There you can use a Debit / Credit card or do a transfer from your PayPal account.  If you would rather pay by check then please send it to Leonard Luxmore at the address above.
